Subletting

Where holiday sub-letting is concerned, this must be under the Code of Practice laid down by the BH & HPA.  There must be no under-cutting of the Park’s charges, nor any sub-letting to anyone with dogs.  We reserve the right to terminate this privilege should your tenants continuously break our park rules.

For letting purposes each season, you must be able to provide the appropriate Landlords certificate.  This covers requirements of gas and electrical testing, (this will cover the cost of testing only).  Should any repairs/amendments be required in order to comply, you will be advised accordingly and provided with a quotation for the rectification work.
