Warranty

All new holiday caravans & lodges that are purchased on one of our parks are covered by a manufacturer’s 12-month warranty from the date of purchase (some elements may be covered for longer periods). Pre-owned holiday caravans & lodges are covered by our own warranty which commences on the first day of occupation and is valid for 6 months.

The cover will differ slightly between a caravan & lodge and new & pre-owned as follows:

New Lodge

  • Chassis
  • A Frame
  • Wheels
  • Floor
  • Electrics
  • Plumbing
  • Boiler
  • Shower
  • Gas Fire
  • Cooker
  • Fridge/Freezer
  • There is also a 3-year Structural guarantee on this product.

New Caravan

  • Chassis
  • A Frame
  • Wheels

  • Electrics
  • Plumbing
  • Boiler
  • Shower
  • Gas Fire
  • Cooker
  • Fridge/Freezer

Pre-owned Caravans & Lodges

This warranty covers:

  • Failure of any fitted appliance (gas or electric)
  • Failure of the structure
  • Water ingress

This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic features including decor & soft furnishings
  • Batteries, bulbs and fuses
  • Any problem caused by wear and tear, abuse, misuse or accidental damage
  • Decking planks, unless the wood becomes rotten and they break

The terms of this warranty do not affect and cannot exclude any of the purchaser’s statutory rights as a consumer. For more information on these statutory rights contact a local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.

Prior to delivery, all holiday caravans & lodges delivered are given a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) to ensure the unit is complete and in good working order. There are occasionally instances where damage is sustained whilst a caravan or lodge is being transported, therefore a further inspection is made on delivery to our park.
